Total Body Workout (ages 16+)

Set your alarm and come energize yourself in this class which will focus on strengthening all muscles of the body using the step, elastic tubes, free weights, and balls. Integrated exercises are properly shown for proper technique. Strengthening core, joints and improving balance are beneficial for everyday living. Cardio activity will also be done in between the strength exercises. Mon, Wed & Fri from 7:45-9am starting Jan.8 through Mar.23. Please note there is no class on Feb.12.
